New Menu Coming Soon

We are excited to announce that we are working on a new A La Carte Menu!  Our Culinary Team is putting together some fabulous food features which will include:

  • Greek Fakés ( Fak-hes ) Soupa
    (Lentil Soup)
    An Ancient Greek Comfort Food, a staple in a Greek Kitchen, served with a
    splash of Red wine Vinegar and olive oil at the table
  • Red Oak Boston Bib Salad
    Julienne Yellow & Red Tomatoes, Spring Onion, Pomegranate Seeds; wrapped into a Grilled
    Zucchini Tulip and topped with Goat Cheese & Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Chili Linguine with Shrimp, Crab, and Shaved Fennel in a Fresh Herb Tomato Sambuca Sauce
  • Casareccia with Rapini, Roasted Red Peppers, Lamb Sausage, Roasted Garlic and
    Olive Oil Sauce
  • Lobster and Sweet Pea Risotto with Saffron Broth
  • Stuffed Chicken with Porcini Mushroom, Parmigiana Cheese and Sun-dried Tomato
  • Four-Bone Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb with Dijon Mustard, Panko Herb Crust and served with Red Wine Au Jus
  • Braised Beef Short Ribs Slow Cooked and served with Au Jus; topped with Crispy Bermuda Onions
  • Chilean Sea Bass in an Orange Maple Glaze and Chives Sauce
